Dear Fellow Supporters,
We are still finalizing the proposed House Bill regarding our submerged land lease legislation. However, it is NOW time tostartsending the message to selected Representatives and other staff members involved in this issue. The draft message is on the Florida Homeowners for Fair Treatment website. CLICK HERE to complete the message and it will go to: Speaker Larry Cretul, Representative Trudi Williams, Representative Ellyn Bogdanoff, Representative Baxter Troutman, along with senior staffers Susan Reese, Adam Blalock, Michael Kliner, Dudley Goodlette, Aaron Nevins, Amanda Fortuna, and Gino Casanova.
The message on the website is: “Please support the creation of a Proposed Committee Bill (PCB) by the Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee to address the inequities of the submerged land lease program as it pertains to Multi-Family Homeowners.”
